Parcel Opening Video:
To ensure a smooth review and approval process, please record a clear video of opening your parcel upon delivery. This video should clearly show the packaging condition and the product as it is unpacked.

How to Submit Return Request:
Send the parcel opening video along with your order details to our official email or WhatsApp number. Our team will carefully review your case and guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange as per your preference. Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.
